Since wild boar meat contains lesser fat in other words, it is lean as compared to the domestic or production pork and for this particular reason it is advised to cook wild boar meet at temperatures lower than those for the meat of other animals. Real lemon juice (roughly 15 – 20 ounce). The big portion of meat should be soaked for 2 to 3 replacing the water in which the meat is soaked while making sure that the entire meat is covered with ice. Let the meat soak until it turns white, at this point the meat is leached out of blood. If the meat starts to turn blue or darken, it indicates that you have used too much vinegar.
